How nice that the City decided to provide us with a new Garbage Can.
Making it easier for our Sanitary Engineers is always a top priority.

However, would it have killed them to provide us with one that actually made sense?

I realize our Sanitary Engineers have an extremely high skilled job so I am completely confident they could have handled releasing a latch prior to dumping the garbage. Unfortunately our fearless leaders obviously didn't have the same faith as I because these new bins are worse than Hardware Store bought ones. You see, due to the stupidness of our fearless leaders, the Raccoons are having a field day. All they do is knock them over and dinner is served.

Thank you City.....your intelligence never ceases to amaze.
